Online Returns & Refund Policy
If you have a problem with either of your Fertell tests or if you wish to return your product, please contact the Careline at 866-735-4445.
You have the right to return your order within 20 days of receiving of your purchase. A refund will only be given provided the product’s foil wrappers have not been opened. Product where the foil wrappers have been opened or where product has been used cannot be returned.
Please note that refunds of this manner are only available for purchases made through www.fertell.com and the Careline.
Please contact the Careline at 866-735-4445, quoting your order reference number. The Careline will determine if you are eligible for a return and send you a Return Authorization Form for proper tracking of your order. You will need to return the product to us at your own cost prior to us issuing a refund. Your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
