What do I do if I have a problem placing my order?

If you have a problem placing your order online, please call the Careline at 866-735-4445 and they can help.


Is payment secure?

Yes, all transactions go through a secure online trader.


Do I get confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. You will also get another email when your product ships containing tracking information.


What does the packaging look like?

Fertell is mailed in plain, discreet packaging that will not reveal its contents.


When will I receive my purchase?

Fertell offers two shipping options: Ground delivery for free (up to approximately 3-7 days) and Next Business Day for $19.99.  Orders received before 10am Eastern time Monday through Friday will ship same day; orders received after 10am Eastern time will ship the next business day.


What happens if I don't receive my purchase?

Once your order has shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information.


What if I change my mind after placing my order?

You have the right to return your order within 20 days of receiving your purchase. In the event of a return, you will receive a full refund provided that the product’s foil packaging has not been opened. Call the Careline at 866-735-4445 if you wish to return your order.

Do you deliver outside of the US?

At this time, www.fertell.com only delivers within the United States. If you live in the UK or Ireland, please visit www.fertell.co.uk and you can place your order there.
