About Fertell

The American Pregnancy Association Finds Fertell
Useful in Moving Forward in Attempts to Conceive

Fertell, the first at-home fertility screening test for couples, has been accepted by the American Pregnancy Association, a recognized leader of reproductive and pregnancy health information.

“The American Pregnancy Association's Acceptance of Fertell is based on its finding that Fertell is useful for couples seeking information about key elements of their fertility. The APA believes that early screening at home can be beneficial in moving forward in your attempts to conceive.”

Brad Imler, PhD., President of the American Pregnancy Association says "Fertell is an important breakthrough because couples can now accurately assess sperm motility and ovarian reserve at home. In our experience there is a need for this, as many couples today are looking to do something more in their quest to conceive."

"I particularly recommend the male test because until now there has not been a good option for at-home testing," he said. "Men can now measure the concentration of motile sperm at home, and I believe many more men will be willing to be tested because of the privacy," he added. "The Fertell kit also comes with a female test, which is the only FSH test based on fertility guidelines. Fertell is a convenient and accurate option for those who are trying to conceive and want more information about their fertility," Dr. Imler explained.

The American Pregnancy Association, based in Irving, Texas, is a national, non-profit health organization committed to promoting reproductive and pregnancy wellness through education, research, advocacy, and community awareness. Utilizing a Medical Advisory Committee and collaborating with other reproductive and pregnancy health organizations, the APA is a recognized leader of reproductive and pregnancy health information.
